Driven with passion and integrity, Raymond accomplishes any task given to him with quality, urgency and care. Although he currently wears many hats as a Real Estate Broker, founder of Investmnl Realty and a full-time professional IT, he is able to handle all of these roles through his exceptional talent for time management.

A proof that he excels whatever he put his mind into is when he graduated with Latin Honors – Cum Laude for BS Information Technology at University of Santo Tomas. His commitment to learn more didn’t stop there when he took additional classes in Real Estate Management at Urban Institute of Real Estate. That additional classes and then passing the PRC board exam on just his first try, paved way into becoming a real estate broker that he is now.

In his free time, Raymond enjoys taking care of his aquatic pets and salt-water aquarium.
