Got my Amaia Skies Cubao at P2.3M total contract price through Investmnl Realty. Nagbayad ako ng for 4 yrs down payment ng 15k monthly. Para ka lang nag iipon.. Then, I settle the remaining lump sum in full… This pandemic time (Y2020), nabenta uli yung unit ng P3M.. Kumita ako ng 700k!
