Jen, the co-founder of Investmnl Realty, is a PRC Licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in properties within Metro Manila and South Luzon. She has an extensive background in sales and customer relations, complemented by her professional experiences in Information Technology (IT) and Engineering. Jen graduated from De La Salle University-Manila with a degree in BS Manufacturing Engineering and Management.

In February 2024, Jen got her second degree in Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management from Lyceum of Alabang, further enriching her expertise in the real estate industry. Her academic achievement was followed by her outstanding performance in the Real Estate Licensure Exam in April 2024, where she ranked Top 10, showcasing her dedication and proficiency in the field.

Her decision to shift her career to real estate was influenced by her early realization of the industry’s potential when she purchased her first condominium at 23. This experience ignited her passion for helping property buyers achieve their dreams. Her marriage to a real estate broker further solidified her commitment to the profession.

Jen’s IT and sales engineer background has honed her skills, making her a customer service-oriented real estate professional.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing with her toddler and travelling for leisure.
