4-Step Guide on How to Change the Withdrawal Limit at BPI Online:

 

1. LOG IN to your BPI account by filling out your username or password. Make sure that you use their new website (https://online.bpi.com.ph/portalserver/onlinebanking/sign-in) which is in the same layout as below. Unfortunately, you will not be able to do it through your BPI Mobile App, so you will need to use your desktop or laptop to access this feature.

2. Click OTHER SERVICES, found on the lower portion of the menu.

3. Choose CARD CONTROL under the CARDS Menu.

4. Choose WITHDRAWAL LIMIT from the Card Settings Menu. From there, you’ll have an option to choose from P20,000 to P60,000 with an increment of P10,000 in between.

OTHER OPTIONS:

  • Purchase Limit.  Since our new BPI EMV Card can now be used like a credit card, you have now the option to change your purchasing limit to your usual daily spending. Unfortunately, the minimum amount is P100,000 while the maximum amount is P250,000 with P50,000 increment in between.How to Increase Withdrawal Limit at BPI Online - Purchase Limit Increments

 

  • International Access. This is automatically set to ON, which means you can use your card even if you’re overseas. You still have the option to turn it OFF if you think this is not an option for you.
  • Temporary Block. If you misplaced your card somewhere and you’re still hoping you’ll find it, then you can choose this option just so you’ll be sure that no one can use it other than you.
  • Permanent Lost Card Blocking. If for instance your card was stolen, this is the best option to go. Before, we need to contact their hotline to have this done, but now we only need few clicks to permanently block our cards.
